I am currently accepting new clients.
We know that reaching out to a new therapist takes a massive amount of energy. There is no right or wrong way to fill out this form, and you don't need to have everything figured out before we speak.
To protect your energy and avoid unexpected demands, we do not make surprise phone calls. All initial contact will be via email so you can process the information on your own time.
Fill out the brief contact form below. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Even just "I think I need some support" is a perfect start.
Within 48 hours, I will send you a gentle email with some available times for a free, 15-minute consultation, along with our intake paperwork.
We will have a brief, no-pressure chat (via video or phone—your choice). This is simply to ensure we are a good fit and to answer any questions before you book a full session.

A standard 50-minute consultation is $220.00. We are committed to financial transparency, so you can find a full breakdown of out-of-pocket costs and various funding options on our Fees & Policies page.
Yes. With a valid MHTP from your GP, you are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $85.20 per session. We process this rebate for you electronically at the time of your appointment, and it typically reaches your bank account within 24–48 hours.
Absolutely. We welcome Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants. We also accept Victim Assist QLD claims and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans. Please let us know which funding stream you are using when you reach out.
Yes, most major funds provide rebates for Accredited Mental Health Social Work (AMHSW) or clinical counselling. Since every fund is different, please check with your provider to see if your specific policy covers 'Social Work' or 'Clinical Counselling' services.
Note: Australian law prevents you from claiming both a Medicare rebate and a Private Health rebate for the same session.
To keep things low-demand, we use a secure, automated payment system (Halaxy). Your card details are stored in an encrypted vault, and payment is processed upfront on the day of your session. >
Once payment is successful, we will process your Medicare rebate on your behalf. The rebate then typically lands in your nominated bank account within 24–48 hours. This automated process means there are no manual transfers to make and no invoices for you to manage.
You do not need a referral to book a session as a private-paying client or under NDIS. However, if you wish to claim the Medicare rebate, a Mental Health Care Plan (referral) from your GP is required before your first session.
Yes. Telehealth is a wonderful, low-demand option for many neurodivergent people across Australia. We offer secure video consultations so you can engage from the safety and comfort of your own sensory-controlled environment.
Finding a park is straightforward, with a few different options to suit you:
Free Street Parking: Available on the surrounding streets.
Secure Parking: Located at 33 Lytton Road, East Brisbane. For your convenience, this car park has an additional entry/exit on Manilla Road (pictured below)
We recommend aiming to arrive 5 minutes before your session to allow your nervous system to settle before we begin.
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer that time to another person on our waiting list. Cancellations within 48 hours attract a 50% fee, and within 24 hours or non-attendance, the full fee applies. We explain the "why" behind this on our Fees & Policies page.
Our first meeting is about "finding the vibe." There is no pressure to "perform" or tell your whole story at once. We will talk about what you need from the space, how your nervous system is feeling, and how we can best work together.
It means we don't see neurodivergence (like ADHD or Autism) as something to be "fixed." Instead, we work with your unique brain and nervous system, focusing on regulation, self-compassion, and building a life that actually fits you, rather than trying to force you to fit into a neurotypical world.
This is entirely up to you and your capacity. Some clients find weekly sessions helpful for building momentum, while others prefer fortnightly or monthly check-ins. We will review this regularly to ensure it’s working for you.
