NeuroHaven Therapies provides Medicare-approved Focussed Psychological Strategies (FPS). Eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from their GP can claim Medicare rebates for both in-person and Telehealth sessions.
NeuroHaven Therapies is committed to transparency. We want you to feel fully informed about the financial side of your care so there are no surprises.
Standard Consultation (50 minutes): $220.00
Medicare Rebate (MHTP): $85.20 (Your out-of-pocket gap: $134.80)
NDIS: We support Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants.
Victim Assist QLD: We accept approved claims.
Chronic Disease Management (CDM): Rebate of approx. $61.80.
We value your time and ours. Because we work at the pace of your nervous system, we only see a limited number of clients each day to ensure you get our full focus. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, we cannot offer that space to another person on our waiting list.
Notice Period & Fees:
More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee applies.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee ($110) applies.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or Non-attendance: 100% of the session fee ($220) applies.
Please note: Medicare and Private Health funds do not provide rebates for cancellation or non-attendance fees.

Your information is used solely for the purpose of your treatment, clinical supervision, and administrative tasks (like Medicare/WorkCover billing). We will not disclose your information to third parties unless:
You have provided written consent.
There is a legal obligation to do so (e.g., subpoena).
Failure to disclose information would result in a serious and imminent threat to your life, health, or safety, or that of another person.
All clinical records are stored securely in a dedicated, encrypted Practice Management Software system. We take all reasonable steps to protect your data from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. If you believe any information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us to request an update.
